Authors are invited to upload their manuscripts before the 3 May 2012 and multimedia presentations before the 18 May2012 in order to have them included in the Interactive Conference Proceedings DVD that will be distributed on the first day of the Conference to all paying participants.

Please note that it will also be possible to upload an updated version during the Congress through the IAF Website or directly in the authors’ preparation room in the Conference Venue.
